Reference Services

The American Library reference librarians draw on the reference and circulating collections, as well as Internet resources including subscribed online databases, to provide research and reference services to its patrons. Reference materials and periodicals are not circulated outside the American Library. Charges for online searches vary depending on the databases searched, the number of citations/documents obtained, and the time required to perform the search.
