USEFI Supports U.S. University Fair in Mumbai

February 8, 2008

Mumbai – Close to 16,000 students from Mumbai went to the United States in 2007 to pursue higher education.  Students and parents interested in finding out more about studying in the United States will have the opportunity to do so at the Linden U.S. University Fair on Tuesday, February 12, 2008 at the Taj President Hotel.

The fair will be open from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm for undergraduate students and 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm for all students.  The fair is facilitated by United States Educational Foundation in India (USEFI) and is free to the public.

The 21 universities participating in the fair represent the full offering of the U.S. higher education system, including large state institutions, private universities and liberal arts colleges. Many schools offer distinguished programs in business management and engineering which are common fields chosen by Indian students studying in the United States.

The Taj President Hotel is located at 90 Cuffe Parade. The fair will be held in Ballroom 1 & 2.
