Games, songs, quiz and a film!  Kids came and celebrated American Independence Day on Saturday, June 26 at the American Center auditorium.  The program began at 10 am with an explanation of the history and significance of the July 4th celebration by American officers of the U.S. Consulate General Mumbai.  There were fun-filled, hands-on activities relating to the theme, followed by a film on the history of Independence Day.  “Uncle Sam” also made a special appearance!
