Ambassador Roemer Visits Mumbai

On September 16, Ambassador Timothy J. Roemer met with young children at Prerana, an NGO working in the field of human trafficking. He told the children that President Obama had specifically told him to meet with children, the world’s future. His visit was part of a two day visit to Mumbai where he met with a cross-section of Indian society, including businessmen, educators, and NGOs. A visit to Mani Bhavan was a highlight of his two-day stay in the Maximum City.
