Mail Loan

The American Library offers a limited mail loan service to patrons residing in Western India. Patrons may write to the American Library Director indicating their subject areas of interest and requesting an application form. The borrower can also specify subjects of his/her interest and obtain bibliographies of selected books on these subjects. Outstation members may borrow four books at a time for a month, including postal transit time. Books are sent by Registered Printed Books Mail, and the borrower must return the material by Registered Printed Books Mail at his or her own expense.
