Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC)

The OnLine Public Access Catalog (OPAC) provides members with a listing of all material available in the American Library. The OPAC can be searched by author, title, subject, call number, key word and several other options. In addition to identifying the availability of a book in the American Library, the OPAC also indicates whether the book is presently available or checked out. There are five OPACs including one which is handicapped accessible, located at several points in the American Library. The American Library staff will be happy to assist you in using the OPAC effectively and locating the titles you desire.
