"I have come out here today representing the United States of America and we are here to honor the great heroes of India, policemen and soldiers who have fallen while protecting the people of Mumbai and all of us, and to show solidarity with the people of India in this terrible event.  I would say also that people of Mumbai are clearly bouncing back strongly and the city has come back to life, so the terrorists have certainly failed.  And again we want to honor the great heroes of India, the policemen who gave their lives during this terrible event.   Thank you"
